1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sellinor OÜ ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the "Product Expiration Dates for WooCommerce" plugin (the "Plugin") and our website sellinor.dev (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, or by accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

The Plugin is a WordPress/WooCommerce extension that allows store owners to manage product expiration dates. The Plugin is offered in two versions:

  • Free Version: Available on WordPress.org with core functionality
  • Pro Version: Available for purchase with additional features

4. License Grant

4.1 Free Version

The free version of the Plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). You may use, modify, and distribute the free version in accordance with the GPLv2+ license terms.

4.2 Pro Version

Upon purchase of a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Pro version on the number of sites specified in your license
  • Receive updates and support for the duration of your license period

The Pro license does not grant you the right to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro version or its source code.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain the security of your WordPress installation
  • Keep your license key confidential (Pro users)
  • Ensure compatibility with your hosting environment
  • Maintain regular backups of your website and database

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any license restrictions
  • Share, distribute, or resell Pro license keys
  • Remove or alter any copyright or license notices
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code

7. Payment and Refunds (Pro Version)

7.1 Pricing

Pro licenses are offered at prices displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency specified and may be subject to applicable taxes.

7.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro license purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Plugin, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests should be sent to hello@sellinor.dev.

7.3 Renewal

Pro licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. You will receive renewal reminders before your license expires. Renewal is optional but required to continue receiving updates and support.

8. Support

8.1 Free Version

Support for the free version is provided through the WordPress.org support forums on a best-effort basis.

8.2 Pro Version

Pro license holders receive priority email support during the license period. Support includes assistance with Plugin functionality, configuration, and troubleshooting. Support does not include customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or general WordPress/WooCommerce assistance.

9. Updates

We may release updates to the Plugin to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Free version updates are available through WordPress.org. Pro version updates require a valid license.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sellinor OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Product Expiration Dates for WooCommerce" and "Sellinor" are trademarks of Sellinor OÜ. WooCommerce is a trademark of WooCommerce, Inc.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLINOR OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sellinor OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services

The Plugin is designed to work with WordPress and WooCommerce. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of service of WordPress, WooCommerce, or any other third-party services.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Pro version ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sellinor OÜ regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
